- The presumption to have held a reasonable fear of imminent peril of death or great bodily harm when using or threatening to use defensive force that is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm to another does not apply if the person against whom the defensive force is used or threatened has the right to be in or is a lawful resident of the dwelling, residence, or vehicle, such as an owner, lessee, or titleholder, and there is not an injunction for protection from domestic violence or a written pretrial supervision order of no contact against that person.

- Allows a victim of human trafficking to petition for the expungement of the record, with certain exceptions, of any conviction, or of an arrest or the filing of charges, for an offense committed or reported to have been committed while he/she was a victim of human trafficking, and as a result of his/her having been such a victim.
