HAW. REV. STAT. § 712-1209.6 (2023).
- Allows individuals who were victims of sex trafficking to vacate their prostitution convictions, if they can prove that their offense was a direct result of being trafficked and they were not convicted of an offense for three years after the date of the original conviction.
